All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping is $20 flat rate to anywhere in the continental US using standard ground shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your item ships. Expedited Shipping is available, but cost may vary with location and speed.
We do accept returns and exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Both will be processed once the initial outfit is received by our company and has been inspected to show no signs of wear or damage. Please email us to initiate a return at hema@madhanastyle.com.
PROCESS FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging and have tags still attached.
- If there are any signs of wear or use of a new garment, may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Request for refund must be received within 14 days of purchase date.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment once we receive the garment, minus the shipping cost.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund.
EXCHANGES
Items may be exchanged for items of similar value or different size, but must be done within 14 days as above.
We are not able to process store credit for future purchases at this time.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please do not send the product back unless you have received authorization and a shipping label.
You will be responsible for repackaging the product safely to prevent damage during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
